My Baby Prints provides a service that allows customers to upload photos of baby footprints and order personalized keepsake products including but not limited to apparel, drinkware, canvas prints, blankets, and other merchandise ("Products"). Our Products are manufactured and fulfilled through third-party print-on-demand partners.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Site and services. By using our Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

3. Account and Orders

  • You do not need to create an account to place an order.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and payment information.
  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.
  • Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card information.
  • Sales tax is calculated and applied at checkout based on your shipping address.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are typically produced and shipped within 2-5 business days.
  • Shipping times vary by destination. Domestic (US) orders typically arrive within 5-10 business days.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
  • Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our Products, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse.
  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@mybabyprints.com.
  • We will replace defective items or issue a refund at our discretion.

  • By uploading images to our Site, you represent that you have the right to use those images.

  • You must not upload content that is illegal, offensive, infringing, or violates any third party's rights.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any order based on uploaded content at our sole discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MY BABY PRINTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS.
